The Premio Verziere is a Group 3 flat horse race in Italy which is open to thoroughbred fillies and mares aged three years or older. It is run at San Siro, Milan, over a distance of 2,000 metres (about 1ΒΌ miles), and it is scheduled to take place each year in October.
The event was formerly classed at Listed level, and it used to be held in May or June. It was promoted to Group 3 status in 2004, and from this point it was known as the Premio Paolo Mezzanotte. It continued with this title until 2008, and during this period the minimum age of participating horses was four.
The race reverted to its previous title, the Premio Verziere, in 2009. At the same time it was moved to October, and it was re-opened to fillies aged three.
